Juergen Zeller serves as CEO of TES which comprises a global organization with Design Centres in Germany, UK, India and Serbia.
In 1999 Mr. Zeller successfully founded Sorep Electronic Engineering, a subsidiary of Thomson CSF and built a network of Design Centres providing professional design services, leading edge technologies and IP. With the change of name from Thomson CSF to Thales he served as Managing Director of Thales Electronic Engineering and Thales Microelectronics. In 2005, after TES had been spun off from Thales, he became Vice President of worldwide Engineering of TES Electronic Solutions and in 2008 he became Head of the international Business Unit Design Services & Technology and in 2010 CEO.
Juergen Zeller holds a diploma in electronic engineering and has over 20 years experience in leading commercial and technical roles in the global electronics industry. After his studies he began his career in the design of customized embedded systems at Siemens. In 1990 he joined NEC Semiconductors as an Application Engineer for µProcessors and ASICs and later took the key account responsibility for Bosch. In 1996 he joined Cadence Design Systems to introduce Cadence's design services business in Europe.
Managing Director of TES UK
Barclay founded the TES UK business in 2002. Since the start, TES UK has focussed exclusively in providing wireless system design services complemented by a growing portfolio of wireless intellectual property. Barclay’s business plan to create a team capable of doing extraordinary things with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) wireless silicon has proved successful with a number of world-leading system solutions including Wireless Video and CD Audio streaming.
With 27 years of industry experience, Barclay started work as an IC designer with British Telecom. He joined TES after 15 years in operational and strategic management in product development organisations such as Philips, & Ingenico. Barclay also worked for 3 years as a Change Management consultant helping Scottish companies to do business in Japan.
Barclay is an honours graduate in Physics with an MSc in Design & Manufacture of Microelectronic Circuits, an MBA specialising in Technology Management and a Science Teaching Diploma.
